Farmer Friendly Services
  1. Each client is assigned to a Customer Care Specialist (CCS) who handles all aspects of a client's account. A client can call and ask for the same person each time, and the CCS gets to know each client's file well.
  2. Clients can issue their own Individual Certificates of Compliance (or transaction certificates). All certificates must be accounted for during the annual inspection by keeping copies of certificates issued.
  3. Production Plans are reviewed and approved by the Certification Committee prior to inspection. If the inspector finds no deviation from the plan, certificates can be issued immediately after the inspection report is received. This process of front-loading the certification process allows certificates to be issued as soon after inspection as possible.
Top Five Strengths
  1. Customer service/quick response time
  2. International acceptance of the FVO program
  3. Multiple certification programs from which to choose
  4. Reputation of integrity
  5. Certification experience since 1980
