Refund Policy:
'Applicants may receive a full refund until service is done. Once an applicant finishes certification agreement and finishes certification, then the payment is complete. If the applicant decides to withdraw in one month (after certification has occurred), then there’s no refund. Once the annual certification fee is signed and paid, and certification has started, we don't charge until we’ve seen the conditions, agree, and are ready to issue certificate and invoice. After the invoice is issued and certification has begun, then there is no refund. We collect the fees in two pieces – for inspection and certification. So, both fees, paid prior to inspection or receiving a certificate, would be refunded if cancelled if services has not been completed. If inspection is already done, there is no refund for the inspection even if applicant is withdrawn from certification. If applicant already paid for certification and gets through with inspection but doesn’t want certification, then this cost will be refunded.
