Farm Description:
    We have farmed wheat, oats, Alfalfa, traditional beef for 30 years, we now are a dairy and raise grassfed beef, pasture based. The Beef is grassfed and grassfinished, having only minimal grain prior to 6 months to enable better utilization of grasses as they grow. We raise Jersey Beef, Jerseys are rated #1 for tenderness. Our cuts are smaller but generous. We are a family farm.

Practices:
    beef is raised without hormones or antibiotics. They feed on pastures in a stress free environment.

    Northern California, Farmers Markets - Tahoe City, Chico, Auburn, Sacramento, San Francisco, Los Gatos. CSA - Mariposa New Locations for delivery will be considered.
