Describe your product specialties and highlights: We are just starting in Tomatos and peppers this year and are planning in expanding into other vegetables at the natural level with possiblities for organic in the future. We awaiting the start of food coop in Nebraska fashioned after Okalahoma coop.
Where we sell our products: At present will be delivering to local resturants and local people in the Boone county area, beeen a slow start this year as was freezing last night so had to cover. Will be joining Nebraska State Food Coop once it has a web site. Plan on expanding to other vegetable as per client wants or needs.
