Farm Description:
We grow specially selected gourmet varieties not usually available in stores. We pick for maximum freshness and taste, and provide our produce immediately after harvest to guarantee the highest nutritional quality. We use organic methods to insure the highest nutritional value. We grow only vegetables, salad greens and herbs that are believed to prevent disease and promote good health due to their increased levels of vitamins, antioxidants and other natural beneficial compounds.
Practices:
We are a CSA in Sarasota, Florida facilitating the implementation of the purposes of the United Nations Association of the United States of America, as set forth in Agenda 21, Chapter 14. Our practices are biodynamic, French-intensive farming, including the technologies of organic gardening, hydroponics and integrated pest management. We are 100% organic and offer most gourmet and heirloom varieties.
