Farm Description:
We started commercial farming in 2000.. I have been farming by organic methods taught to me by my grandparents and parents for over 35 years. We are located in the rich soils of the Androscoggin River Valley on a beautiful winding road that parallels the river.

Practices:
Solar Radiant heating systems and wood. We use mulches for weed control, soil building and to maintain moisture levels. No pesticides or herbicides have been used on this property for at least 45 years. Composted horse manures, green manures, wood shavings and hay are our main soil builders
