Farm Description: We began our blueberry operation out of a need to diversify our crops. We had been farming peanuts, cotton, and soybeans for years. As the years past it became apparent that we needed to look into alternative crops. The health benefits of the blueberry was one of the biggest influences in our decision. We wanted to invest in a crop that will not only improve our farm but would help with the overall health of our society. We currently farm 33 acres of irrigated blueberries. Our rabbiteye varieties consist of Brightwell, Climax, Premier, Austin, and Tifblue. Our harvest season last from mid May till mid
