Rich Sioux County soil, carefully tended, will produce wonderful food for mankind.
Practices:
Certified Organic, Seedtime concentrates on healthy soil with a plethra of beneficial microbes to digest and release the necessary nutrients for our plants. Feed the livestock living in our soils, and they will feed our plants! Using extensive cover crops and organic nutrients, Seedtime strives to grow the most nutrient dense vegetables possible. Healthy veggies should taste good!
Describe your product specialties and highlights:
Certified Organic. Seedtime grows Heirloom and Open Pollinated varieties, focusing on unique colors, shapes, and flavors. Not only orange carrots but purple carrots and yellow carrots and white carrots. Red tomatoes, most definately. But also black tomatoes, yellow tomatoes, orange tomatoes, ripe yet still green tomatoes, purple tomatoes, huge cover-your-sandwich tomatoes and tiny cherry and grape tomatoes in red, yellow, green, white. Purple beets. Yellow beets. Pink striped beets. Green peppers. Red peppers. Orange and yellow peppers. Purple peppers. Hot peppers from not very hot to very, very hot! Lettuce in greens, reds and speckles; smooth, jagged, ruffled.

CSA's are delivered to Sioux Falls and can also be picked up at the farm.
