Farm Description:
Work with people with disabilities. 21 acres of muck, in business since 1991, winter hoophouse growing of greens, CSA deliveries in Lansing/on farm
Practices:
Certified organic since 1997, diverse vegetable crops, crop rotations, rye and buckwheat for covers, make our own compost, recycle leaves and woodchips,
We have 4 30 foot by 96 foot unheated hoophouses (greenhouse), that we use to grow greens and carrots in the winter, and extend the season with squash, peppers, and other things in the spring/fall.

We grow a variety of vegetables, but our specialties are mixed greens, lettuce, spinach, and carrots.
