Noel Payne (at right) owns and runs an organic food store in the Costa Rican capital which stocks organic foods from all over Costa Rica. She’s pictured here at the same organic food fair as the Turrialba farmers.
Noel, a British expatriate, also started the first community supported
agricultural group in Costa Rica. With around 50 subscribers, it primarily
serves other expatriates in San Jose.
