Fees set by: Acreage, Producers are assessed a specific amount based upon the type of crop and number of acres. Processors are assessed by gross sales.
Application fee: Producer applications $75.00 prior to March 15, $125.00 after that date. New processors and those updating prior to their specified renewal date $75.00. Processors renewing after their renewal date must pay $125.00 to apply.

The application fee is non-refundable. Inspection fee is non-refundable once the inspection has been completed.

Other: Organic registration program for exempt producers only. Exempt producers complete an affidavit attesting to compliance with the exempt requirements according to NOP regulations. There is a $20.00 filing fee for this.

We currently maintain membership with Organic Materials Review Institute and with the National Association of State Organic Programs.

Certificate information is provided upon request regarding the certification status of any producer or processor. A list of certified organic producers and handlers is provided upon request.

All of our inspectors have received training by the Independent Organic Inspectors Association.
